Before booking
Opening hours
For bookings, we reply WhatsApp messages Monday to Sunday between 09:00–14:00 and 17:00–21:00. Please contact us with enough time so we can confirm availability and send you the access instructions. If we don’t reply within 5–10 minutes, please call us directly +34 696 54 78 77.
What document do I need?
To confirm your booking, we require of your ID card or passport. This is required for security reasons and to identify the person responsible for the locker during the booking period.
Do I need to book before arriving?
Yes. Please contact us first so we can confirm availability and assign your locker.
Using your locker
What can I store?
You can store luggage, backpacks, sports equipment, boxes, clothing and personal belongings.
How many bags fit in one locker?
It depends on the size of your luggage. Send us a photo or description and we´ll assign the right locker.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, depending on availability. Please contact us before your booking ends.
