Opening hours

To arrange a visit, please contact us by WhatsApp or phone between 09:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00. Tel: +34 696 54 78 77.

What document do I need?

To rent a locker, we require a valid ID document (DNI, national ID card or passport).

What is the minimum rental period?

Monthly lockers are rented with a minimum rental period of 3 months.

What can I store?

You can store kite gear, sports equipment, boxes, clothing and personal belongings.

What locker size do I need?

Tell us what you need to store and we'll recommend the best locker option.

Can I access my locker anytime?

Yes. Access is available 24/7 with your personal access code.

Facilities

Can I park at the entrance?

Yes. There is a loading area directly in front of the facility for loading and unloading.

Can I wash my sports equipment?

Yes. Sport Locker users may wash their equipment and leave wetsuits to dry. Although the area is considered safe, all equipment left outside the locker remains the responsibility of the user.

Can I share my locker?

Yes. Lockers may be shared. All users will share the same access code, and the person renting the locker remains responsible for the locker and its contents.

Is it secure?

Yes. Access is controlled and the facility is monitored by security cameras.

Are my belongings insured?

No. The facility is covered by public liability insurance, but the contents of individual lockers are not insured. All items are stored at the customer's own risk and responsibility.

What items are not allowed?

It is strictly forbidden to store illegal items, weapons, flammable materials, hazardous substances, chemicals, explosives or any prohibited goods. If we detect or reasonably suspect that a locker contains illegal, dangerous or prohibited items, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities.
